Allegiance Welding offers 12+ years’ experience of extraordinary and meticulous metal work and gate automation. Whether if it is to automate & build a gate or fabricate headache racks & bumpers, we have you covered. We also provide services for smaller jobs such as customized brackets and hinges. Have an art cut out idea? Wanting a fireplace screen? We have a CNC Plasma table that can cut as thick as 5/8 steel. We accept all challenges!  We promise to give 110% of our efforts to make your ideas a reality, no matter the size of job.

  At the age of 19 after graduating college and getting his certifications in 2008, Zach Hutchins had a dream to have and build his own welding company. Then Z-tech Welding and Fabrication came to life in 2010. Running that company for 3 solid years, Zach was also given a position for another company that he felt would grow his abilities in serving others, so Zach continued welding, but then got certified for Gate Automation and continued doing both from 2013-2020.

  After 25+ years of working hard and supplying the needs of customers in the Magic Valley area, a company retired and was offered to Zach and his wife Dani Hutchins. They were ready to go out on their own and offer their talents and abilities in their own way and style. That’s how Allegiance Welding LLC was established on July 1st, 2020. A young company but many years of experience behind it all. The name Allegiance was picked because it meant loyalty and commitment. This family owned business is loyal to their customers and committed to getting the job done.
